Below are ways to install Brushes in Photoshop
and Photoshop Elements.
To install a brush in Photoshop you will need to go to your Brush window and click on the arrow in the top right corner.
(Either one of these windows works)
From the drop down menu that appears, select Load Brushes.
Go to the folder where you have your brushes saved, select the set you want and click the Load button.
Another option is to select Preset Manager from that same drop down menu.
Click on the load button and follow the same process as before. The advantage of using the Preset Manager is that you can keep loading as many brush sets as you want. When you are finished loading them all, hit the Done button (just above the Load button) and you are ready to go!
To install brushes in Elements, you will need to click on the arrow that's on the right side of your brush menu.
From the drop down menu that appears, select Load Brushes. Go to the folder where you have your brushes at, select the set you want and click the Load button.
Another option is to select Preset Manager from the same drop down menu.
Click on the load button and follow the same process as before. The advantage of using the Preset Manager is that it will keep the brushes that you already see in that window rather than replacing them with the ones you are loading. You can also keep loading as many brush sets as you want. When you are finished loading them all, hit the Done button (just above the Load button) and you are ready to go!
